Prodigal college student Everette Leigh Adair might be the only thing keeping her (allegedly) criminal family out of jail and toeing the law after her father, the family patriarch skipped town. After the tragic death of her fiancee in her unforgiving town, it looks like she's not escaping the Adair branding she was born with either. Jason Amory is the stereotypical good cop, whose moral compass points to true north.
